Biggest inspiration, these company is the perfect equilibrium, whether for the work or the relationship, these guys are the best in 3D animation, my first 3D animated film was Toy Story in 1995 and it completely blow me away, I could not understand how characters which came from 2D hand drawn can move in 3D, how can it possible to do that. 

Every of their films are amazing, Pixar explored a lot of worlds (earth, space, marine, sky) and a lot of characters too, they inspire me because they have no limit, they can do everything they want and they always do it in the right way, the perfect way. It is interesting to look at some characters animation to understand how they approach a situation or a scene.
